Combining luxury residences, a five-star hotel, and world-class amenities within a striking new tower, the project sought to introduce a more refined and service-oriented lifestyle to one of New York’s most prominent addresses.
A new expression for an established brand
The development demonstrated the adaptability of the Setai philosophy across different markets and residential formats. The Hotel
Beyond the residences, The Setai Wall Street became home to SHO Shaun Hergatt, one of New York’s most acclaimed restaurants. Under the direction of chef Shaun Hergatt, the restaurant earned Michelin stars and played a meaningful role in the transformation of Lower Manhattan’s emerging luxury and cultural landscape.
The Club and Spa
The spa and wellness facilities provided residents and guests with a rare sense of retreat in the heart of Midtown. Fitness, wellness, and personalized services were integrated into daily life, reinforcing the Setai commitment to holistic luxury and wellbeing.
