MAHA Beijing has transformed a legacy luxury residential complex overlooking Chaoyang Park into one of the city’s most sought-after addresses. Starting in 2018, Adrian Zecha and Jonathan Breene reimagined its three residential towers, introducing hospitality-infused design, wellness amenities, and service-centric living within a private residential estate.

Maha set a new benchmark for luxury living in Beijing. MAHA-branded residences achieved significant price premiums over comparable unbranded properties, generated more than US$3 billion in sales, establishing MAHA Beijing as a defining success story for the company.

MAHA Beijing’s residences offer generous, beautifully designed homes with the service, privacy and amenities of a hotel, in one of Beijing’s most desirable neighborhoods. Interiors by Nick Fung bring sophistication, balancing contemporary design with a strong sense of place.

Central to the project’s success was the complete reinvention of the grounds. What was once conventional landscaping became a meticulously curated urban oasis, with mature trees, gardens, water features, and outdoor spaces that brought a resort-like sense of calm to the center of Beijing.
